Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on bajjj, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any details change, update them as soon as possible. bajjj may request additional documents for identity verification in cases of suspicious or inconsistent information.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification may be required on bajjj before making a withdrawal or completing transactions above a certain amount. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary restrictions being placed on the account.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bajjj account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Avoid sharing this information with any third party.

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. Using a strong password and changing it regularly is recommended for account protection.

You are personally responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account, unless it is proven that they occurred without your knowledge and you notified us in a timely manner.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on bajjj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Transaction Processing

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed after proper verification. Before withdrawing, ensure your account is fully verified and all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

bajjj reserves the right to reject or put on hold transactions in the following circumstances:

• If account verification is incomplete
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Due to technical issues

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajjj offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Certain games may qualify differently toward wagering calculations — contact the support team for the latest information.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• bajjj reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.4 Abuse Prevention

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any fraudulent method of obtaining bonuses — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on bajjj are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bajjj cancels it due to a technical error. For live betting, odds may change depending on the state and timing of the match.

6.2 Game Results & Disputes

All game results are determined by automated systems and bajjj's records will be considered final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, bajjj reserves the right to provide the correct result. Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the incident.

6.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events:

• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet amount may be refunded, subject to the applicable rules.
• Odds are pre-determined and do not change after a bet is placed.
• If evidence of any irregularity in a match is found, bajjj reserves the right to void the related bets.

Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Registering or completing transactions using false or misleading information.
• Placing coordinated or planned bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party.
• Betting on behalf of others or using their funds.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or cyber attacks.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting minors in gaming.

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, bajjj reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by User

Any member may close their account at any time. Please request a withdrawal of any remaining balance before closing the account. To reopen a closed account, you will need to contact the support team.

11.2 Suspension by bajjj

bajjj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

In the event of account closure, the decision regarding the associated balance will depend on the reason for closure — in cases of rule violation, bajjj reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

Changes & Contact

12.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions

bajjj may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their account in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the revised terms.

Any dispute or complaint must first be raised with our support team in an attempt to reach a resolution. The support team will review your complaint and endeavour to provide a resolution within a reasonable time.
